2. Description of Service

MOSS Checker provides a code plagiarism detection service powered by Stanford MOSS (Measure of Software Similarity). We offer API access and web-based tools for checking code similarity.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MOSS Checker for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You may not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

MOSS Checker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
